What Type of Boiler Do I Need?
Three main types for Ayrshire homes
Combi Boiler

System Boiler

Most combi swaps are done in a single day. System changes may run to two. We arrive first thing, cover floors, and keep you informed.
5. Handover
We commission the boiler, show you the controls, and leave everything clean. You can use the heating and hot water straight away.
6. Paperwork Arrives
Gas Safe and Building Regulations certificates, plus manufacturer warranty registration, posted/emailed to you within a few weeks.

Do you register the installation for Building Regulations?
Yes. Every gas boiler we install is notified to Gas Safe Register on your behalf within 30 days. You'll receive a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate, and the boiler is registered with the manufacturer to activate your warranty.
Do you remove and dispose of my old boiler?
Yes - included in the quote. Old boiler, flue, redundant pipework and packaging are all taken away and disposed of responsibly. We leave the area clean and ready to use.
Can you install a boiler in a different location?
Yes, and it's one of the most common requests we get. Moving a boiler to a loft, airing cupboard, utility room or garage is straightforward - we'll cost the relocation, new gas/flue/condensate runs and any pipework changes on your fixed-price quote.
Do you install smart thermostats like Hive or Nest?
Yes - we supply and fit Hive, Nest, tado, Drayton Wiser and the manufacturer-specific controls (Worcester EasyControl, Vaillant vSMART). Either alongside a new boiler or on its own.
